Directions
Everyone wants quick, delicious and healthy recipes. That’s just one of those!
Meatballs are a dish familiar to many and loved since childhood. We modify the recipe a little bit and make it healthier, more flavorful and easier to prepare! Here is how we do it:
- Add whole-grain rice instead of white rice or even a mixture of whole-grain and wild rice.
- Add lots of fresh herbs to the stuffing to make the meatballs very juicy.
- Add spices to the minced meat and sauce. Here everything is to your taste. I wrote down one of my mother-in-law’s options, which is our favorite.
- Let’s bake the dish in the oven and not stand over the stove.
It is super fast and the whole family will be happy plus healthy food!
