Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins. A very in Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins.
A very interesting recipe for muffins made with peanut butter, banana, and berries — completely flourless. The muffins turn out very visually appealing, with a nice shape and a rich peanut flavor. They differ from classic muffins by having a lighter, almost airy texture. The berries add a fresh and complementary touch.

Very quick and easy to make, and even healthy!
Give it a try — we love it!

Ingredients:

200 g Peanut butter

Scandinavian-Style Seed Bread. This bread is remi Scandinavian-Style Seed Bread.
This bread is reminiscent of Scandinavian rye bread and is perfect for open-faced sandwiches. Its flavor and color are milder compared to dark, strongly pronounced sweet-and-sour rye bread. However, we add a variety of seeds and bake it with natural sourdough, which gives the bread a complex flavor and makes it rich in nutrients and fiber.

Very tasty and healthy!

Roasted Leeks with Coconut Yogurt and Hazelnuts. Roasted Leeks with Coconut Yogurt and Hazelnuts.
Leek is a unique vegetable. It is among the top three vegetables richest in soluble fiber; only Artichoke and Jerusalem artichoke contain more. At the same time, the leek season in Europe is very long, and most importantly, the most delicious leeks are winter leeks (season from September to April). They are left in the field and harvested as needed; after frost they become especially sweet.

Unlike the leaders mentioned above, leeks can be used in a huge variety of dishes. They are perfect in puréed soups — instead of or together with Onion — or as the main ingredient. They can also be sautéed with vegetables and added to stews and salads.

Leeks are also true stars when it comes to roasting. They can be added to almost anything that goes into the oven. But they are even more delicious when roasted until the edges are slightly charred and served with different sauces as a dish on their own.

This recipe was inspired by a dish from a well-known chef. I adapted it to my taste and to a dairy-free diet.

The dish is wonderful for its layers of flavors and textures: roasted leeks bring sweetness and softness, herbs add freshness, yogurt gives coolness and acidity, and orange adds sweetness and aroma. And leeks and tarragon are a perfect pairing.

Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:
Leeks:
3 Leek

Sunflower Seed Bread. This is an unusual gluten-f Sunflower Seed Bread.
This is an unusual gluten-free bread recipe made almost entirely from sunflower seeds. The bread turns out soft, with a pleasant texture and a rich, nutty flavor.

Sunflower seeds are one of the best sources of lecithin, which is important for liver and brain health. They are rich in protein (up to 20%), vitamins (especially vitamin E and B vitamins), and minerals, particularly selenium.

This bread is very easy to make — I highly recommend trying it!

Bon Appétit!
