Snow peas (en.: Snow Pea, Chinese pea, de.: Zuckerschote, lat.: Pisum sativum var. macrocarpum) are flat green pea pods that can be eaten raw and the whole piece. Snow peas are often used in dishes of Chinese cuisine, but now they have become across the world. Why? That’s because it is so delicious and healthy. Also, you can eat it raw or it takes just 5 minutes to cook it.
The benefits of snow peas are primarily fiber as well as vitamins A, C and B group vitamins. Snow peas are a great way to diversify a healthy diet and are suitable for many therapeutic nutrition protocols.

Wash the snow peas and dab them well with a kitchen towel. Slice the garlic very thinly. |

In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. By the way, you can use coconut oil or ghee oil. Put one layer of garlic slices in it and fry them until crispy like potato chips. Then, take them out immediately and put them on a paper towel. It's important not to burn the garlic, otherwise, the dish will be bitter. |

Next, increase the heat and put the snow peas in the same frying pan with the garlic oil and stir-fry them for 2 minutes. Pour the soy sauce, stir the mixture quickly and let the soy sauce evaporate. Then, remove the pods from the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and season them with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Serve immediately, sprinkling with garlic chips. |
