It’s not scrambled eggs, of course. But it is the closest visual comparison. The dish tastes like eggs, meat and rice at the same time. It’s delicious!

Or you may not compare it to anything, but say that it’s a separate, very unusual, tasty and nutritious dish that is perfect for a healthy breakfast!  It’s quick and easy to make.

Tofu is best used fermented, bio.

Steps

1
Done

Crush the tofu into coarse crumbs, drizzle with soy sauce, stir and let it soak in.

2
Done

Dice the onion into small cubes. Dice the bell peppers into small cubes as well. Chop the garlic finely.

3
Done

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil, add onion and sauté on medium heat until it is soft and golden for about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and let it cook together for about one minute. Then, add the pepper and cook together for about five more minutes. Next, add the tofu and spinach, increase the heat and cook them together for five more minutes.

4
Done

Reduce the heat to medium again, add the yeast, turmeric, salt and black pepper to taste. Cook it all together for another 5 minutes.
It's done! Serve immediately.
