Ingredients
-
50 g of Pine nuts
-
500 ml of Water
-
a little bit of Salt
Directions
I highlight this vegetable milk as a separate recipe because it is obtained without the cake. That’s very convenient as it uses fewer nuts and all the benefits remain in the milk. You will need a powerful enough blender to make it.
Pine nut milk is quite fatty and full-flavored. So it works very well for coffee, porridge, desserts and any other purpose.
Give it a try!

Soak the pine nuts in salted water for two to three hours. Then, rinse and put them into a blender with 500 ml of cold water, add a little salt (optionally) and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. During this time, the soft pine nuts will be crushed and give the consistency of vegetable milk which does not need to be strained. If your blender doesn't have enough power and pieces are still left over, strain it like normal vegetable milk. |
