Directions
This simple but tasty and healthy Scandinavian dish goes very well with gravlax or baked meat/poultry. The taste of the appetizer is sour and sweet, and it’s the freshest.
I serve a slice of seed bread, salted salmon gravlax and this beet tartar for breakfast. It’s a great flavor, an energy boost to start the day off well and 100% healthy!
Bon Appetit!

Cut the boiled beets into small cubes of 5mm. Clean the seeds from the apple leaving the skin and cut into the same cubes. |

Mix the vegetables, add finely grated horseradish, olive oil, honey, mustard and 1 tbsp of vinegar. Salt it to taste, add black pepper, mix it well and taste the mixture. Now add more vinegar to taste. Tartar should be sweet and sour, with a pronounced sourness. Add the vinegar gradually because mustard also contains varying amounts of vinegar. |
