It’s a very simple dish to make. You mix everything, marinade it and then put it in the oven and it’s done!
But! It’s very important to follow all the ingredients in the recipe. For the chicken to get the right interesting taste and look, you need to put Prosciutto and mustard and white wine, brandy or another strong alcohol and peppers of exactly two colors , red and yellow.

Cut chicken legs in half or cut a whole chicken into eight pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Slice the onion into 1 cm thick slices. Peel the peppers from the membranes and seeds and cut them into strips 5 mm thick. Crush the whole garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife. Cut the prosciutto into small cubes or slices if sliced. |

Place everything in a baking pan with a lid and mix the meat and vegetables, then season them with salt and pepper to taste. Mix olive oil, mustard, wine and brandy in a bowl. Pour this sauce over the vegetables and meat. Then stir it, cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes. |
