Turkey patties are a great choice for the summer season. Why summer? Well, because in addition to turkey, they also contain a whole basket of summer freshness and warmth – zucchini, fresh mint, coriander, green onions.

Tasty, healthy, interesting! What else to say?

Patties are first fried over high heat in a frying pan, and then cooked in the oven. It allows them to become crispy, but also to remain juicy inside.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

Grind turkey meat into minced meat.
Finely chop garlic, coriander and mint leaves.
Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with a little salt and let stand for 10 minutes to let release juices.

Squeeze the zucchini with hands to remove any excess water and transfer it to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
Form small patties.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the patties over fairly high heat until brown on all sides. Then transfer them to a baking sheet and bake until tender (about 7-10 min).
