Nasturtium is an edible plant – you can eat both leaves and flowers. Nasturtium leaves have some spiciness to them, they taste a bit like wasabi. They’re just perfect for salads. You really should grow nasturtium at home.

Today I suggest you make this tomatoes and nasturtium salad. I add some pistachios and figs to it – they add a very distinctive taste to it. This salad combines sweet, spicy, and fresh notes in your mouth.

Enjoy!
