Directions
Blondie is considered a type of brownie that does not contain cocoa or chocolate. Classic Blondie is baked with butter, brown sugar, wheat flour and eggs. Vanilla is added to the dough for flavor. Sometimes pieces of chocolate and nuts are added to the Blondie. This is an American cuisine dessert. The classic option for me is simple in taste, but the site has a recipe for an Australian Blondie with white chocolate, macadamia and fresh raspberries, a wonderful one if you can use wheat flour and butter. But if not, then here is an equally great option for a Blondie with macadamia nuts and dried cherries. It has no flour at all and is based on cashew mousse (cashew nuts, ground into a paste).
Delicious cake! Sour dried cherries play especially well with the sweet dough and buttery flavor of macadamia nuts. Thanks to coconut sugar, the Blondie also has a caramel flavor.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Square form for brownies 20x20 cover with baking paper. |

Mix the eggs with a mixer at minimum speed until smooth. Add the sugar and mix it. Add all other ingredients except macadamia nuts and cherries and mix with a mixer until a homogeneous dough is obtained. |

Put it in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. The cake will rise slightly, the surface will be firm but soft, the edges will turn golden brown. |
