Directions
Spring is the beginning of BBQ season. What can be better than flavorful burgers, steaks, fish, and vegetables right from the grill? But Mediterranean grilled dishes taste like no other. Beef and lamb kebab with herbs, chili, and spices, is the perfect example. Try it at your next BBQ – you won’t regret it! It’s exceptional!
If you’re not a fan of lamb, you can try beef and pork. This recipe uses ras el hanout – a North African mix of spices, which adds a bit of distinctive fragrance to the meat. You can buy it online or you can substitute it with ground coriander, thyme, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, and cloves to your taste.

You can use store-bought ground meat or grind it yourself. Choose meat with some fat, if you’re going to grind it yourself. It’s even more convenient than for this recipe - you just process all the ingredients in a food processor. As for store-bought meat, you’ll still have to process the vegetables and herbs in a food processor and then mix them with ground meat. |
