This Greek recipe makes amazing chocolate halva. It has a rich chocolate flavor with notes of pistachios, tahini, and cranberry. 

It’s great for both special occasions and everyday meals.

Cut the halva into 1x1 cm cubes.
Line the loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 800 W for 1,5 min.
Meanwhile, add the tahini and honey in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoon until smooth and slightly thickened. Add the chocolate and mix until smooth. Mix in the cranberry and pistachios. Add the halva cubes and mix to distribute them evenly.
Pour in the pan, smooth the surface out, and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
When ready, cut it into slices and serve with tea or coffee. Keep in the fridge.
