Wash the dried apricots well then dry them and soak them overnight in vegetable milk. |

In the morning, blend the apricots with the vegetable milk in a blender until smooth. If you want denser truffles, pour out some milk before blending. |

From the soft hardened mass, make the balls and roll them in cocoa, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or chopped nuts to taste. Store the dish in the fridge. |
