Wash the dried apricots well then dry them and soak them overnight in vegetable milk.

In the morning, blend the apricots with the vegetable milk in a blender until smooth. If you want denser truffles, pour out some milk before blending.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and add it to the apricot mass. Then, mix everything well in a blender. Place the mass in the fridge for about 4 hours. It should harden to the consistency of soft cheese.

From the soft hardened mass, make the balls and roll them in cocoa, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or chopped nuts to taste. Store the dish in the fridge.
