Directions
These are the most delicate in consistency, fruity and sweet, with a hint of dark chocolate truffles. They are made very simply from healthy ingredients. You can even use 100% sugar-free chocolate.

Soak the dried apricots in water overnight in the fridge. Then, squeeze out any excess moisture and chop them in a food processor to a smooth puree. |

Next, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil. Add coconut milk and salt and mix until smooth. Now add the chopped apricots and mix until you have a smooth, thick chocolate mixture. Place it into the fridge for 4 hours. |

The mixture should harden to the consistency of soft clay. Shape the mixture into balls with your hand and coat them well in cocoa. Store them in the fridge and serve them cold. |
