But that’s the only thing this dough will lack compared to a genuine Italian pizza from the oven! Everything else will be! The dough is delicious, soft and fluffy, making a great pizza!⁠

P.S. Please remember that working with gluten-free dough is not the same as working with conventional dough. Gluten-free dough is not so elastic and you can’t stretch it. Therefore, we will roll it out and form the edges by hand.⁠

2 tbsp. of Coriander leaves ⁠

Preheat ghee oil in a pan. Mix eggs with salt until smooth and pour them into the frying pan. Cook eggs over medium heat, stirring continuously. When the eggs have slightly cooked but not all the way through, remove the pan off the heat and add hot Salsa Mexicana to the eggs. Give them a stir, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.⁠

700 g of Turkey minced ⁠
1 Zucchini⁠
2 Egg(s)⁠
2 tbsp. of Buckwheat flakes ⁠
1 Chives⁠
1/2 bunch of Parsley leaves⁠
to taste Grounded black pepper⁠
to taste Salt⁠
2 tbsp. of Extra Virgin olive oil⁠

Process:⁠
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.⁠
2. Chop the greens finely. Grate the zucchini, season with salt and set aside to drain for 15 minutes. Then wrap it in a towel and squeeze out the excess moisture well.⁠
3. Next, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until uniform with a spoon or your hand.⁠
Cover the oblong baking mold with baking paper. Then place the meatloaf in the baking mold, smooth it out and brush its surface with olive oil.⁠
Bake it in the oven for about 1 hour. The temperature inside the meatloaf should be above 74 degrees Celsius.⁠
Serve it warm or cold.⁠
