It may be a simple but delicious, nutritious and convenient dish. For these fish cutlets, frozen hake, or other white sea fish would be great.

Classic fish patties are cooked with flour and white bread crumbs, but we will make tender and delicious patties with buckwheat (or millet) flakes and potatoes. Moreover, you can use raw potatoes or, if you have leftover boiled potatoes from yesterday,  you can put them in. They will be delicious in both ways. You can also use buckwheat flour, amaranth, or sorghum flour to coat the patties before frying.

Patties, of course, are essentially a dish fried in oil. This way of cooking is not the most healthy, so do not eat fried foods too often and be sure to serve them with greens or avocado.

Steps

1
Done

Defrost the fish, filet it and grind it through a grinder along with the potatoes and onions.
Chop the garlic and parsley finely and add to the ground mixture. Then, add the buckwheat flakes and eggs, season with salt and pepper and mix it until evenly mixed. After that, place the ground mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. This time is needed for the ground mixture to thicken.

2
Done

Make patties, coat them in rice flour, and fry in ghee oil.
