Hot? Can’t even think about cooking? Then this recipe will do the trick! Refreshing cucumber soup is a dish made in different cultures where it’s hot and there are cucumbers 🙂 The ingredients are usually similar, such as cucumbers, greens, kefir or yogurt, garlic and lemon juice. The soup and its preparation are much like a green smoothie. I guess that’s what an ancient green smoothie is 🙂
