These little ones are very easy to make. Don’t expect it to be fancy or anything. It’s simple coconut cookies, lovely, healthy, moderately sweet. It’s a great snack for every day!

Place the coconut flakes in a food processor and process until you get wet-sand consistency that sticks together if you press it with fingers. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to get a crumbly consistency. |

Take a deep spoon measuring 1 tbsp or 1.5 tbsp. Spoon the batter, press with fingers, and place onto the baking pan lined with parchment paper. |

Bake for 10-12 min at 190 degrees until brown on the bottom and golden on top. Take it out and let chill completely. |
