200 g Water
-
1/2 tsp Salt
-
2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
-

Directions
Chickpea blinis don’t need any eggs as chickpea perfectly holds everything together. Let’s remember aquafaba (chickpea liquid) that replaces eggs.
That’s why chickpea blinis use only a few ingredients: chickpea flour, water, salt, and olive oil.
Just like lavash or tortilla, chickpea blinis can be used as wraps for savory foods. In the photo, you can see a chickpea blin filled with baked pepper filling.
