Cut Iceberg lettuce leaves into large squares. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the lettuce. Then, slice the plums thinly. Place everything in a large bowl. Add arugula and mix it all together. |

Season the cleaned chicken hearts with salt and pepper to taste and sauté them in olive oil until cooked and browned for about 7 to 8 minutes. |
