Cut Iceberg lettuce leaves into large squares. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the lettuce. Then, slice the plums thinly. Place everything in a large bowl. Add arugula and mix it all together.

Season the cleaned chicken hearts with salt and pepper to taste and sauté them in olive oil until cooked and browned for about 7 to 8 minutes.
