Directions
Another superfood is bone marrow! It contains collagen, group B vitamins, vitamin A, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, selenium and manganese. After hunting and butchering the prey, ancient people necessarily ate bone marrow, gaining energy and essential nutrients.
We are not ancient people, plus we are unlikely to want to eat bone marrow raw. So how do we make this super healthy product delicious?
The easiest way is to use the marrow bones for broth, take out the boiled marrow and use it as a topping for this recipe.
Or, you can bake the marrow bones in the oven for about 20 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius and use the cooked bone marrow for this recipe.
The cooked marrow, by the way, can easily be spread on a piece of toast or gluten-free bread and seasoned with salt and pepper. The marrow is delicious on its own. Or you can also add some parsley salad to it, as in this recipe.
