It’s a great substitution for regular mayonnaise and just a cool sauce to use in sandwiches, rolls, canapé, salads, and a dip, too.

Peel and pit the avocado. Pulse all the ingredients except water into a paste in a blender. If the consistency is too thick, add cold water one tablespoon at a time. Taste and season with salt and lemon juice to taste. |
