All you do is put the ingredients in a frying pan, put a lid on and simmer over low heat in their own juices. The result is a bright, delicious and healthy dish! That’s the power of slow cooking.⁠

Rabbit goes well with sweet and sour flavors and fruity notes, so we cook it with apple juice and tomatoes. It’s perfect!⁠
