It’s a genius recipe in its simplicity and health benefits. It turns so delicious that even kids who may not like liver very much eat these patties with pleasure. What we do remember is that liver is a superfood! That’s why it’s essential to have lots of different recipes from it in your arsenal!

These patties are super easy to make. We put everything through a meat grinder and fry them like ordinary fritters. That’s it:)

The recipe uses beef liver, but you can also make these patties from pork, chicken, lamb and other livers or their mixture.

I recommend making a double serving at once. The next day, the patties are just as delicious!

Peel and chop the vegetables into large chunks that fit into a meat grinder. Process liver and vegetables together through a meat grinder once. Add egg and rice flour to the obtained mixture, and season it with salt and pepper. Fry patties in ghee or olive oil as any ordinary fritters, laying the mixture on a pan with a tablespoon. Make sure the patties are cooked all the way through.
