Kale chips…
It probably sounds super healthy, more like too much healthy…But I’m a fan of this a delicious snack! I mean I make them not because they are nutritious but because they taste incredible. Just image thin and crispy papyrus-like slices sprinkled with salt. Pure delight with every bite. I can eat the whole batch in one go 🙂
They are easy-peasy to make but there’re a few rules you want to stick to:
- Kale should be completely dried
- Make sure the pieces don’t overlap
- Sprinkle with salt after the chips are done
