Kale chips…

It probably sounds super healthy, more like too much healthy…But I’m a fan of this a delicious snack! I mean I make them not because they are nutritious but because they taste incredible. Just image thin and crispy papyrus-like slices sprinkled with salt. Pure delight with every bite. I can eat the whole batch in one go 🙂 

They are easy-peasy to make but there’re a few rules you want to stick to: 

  1. Kale should be completely dried
  2. Make sure the pieces don’t  overlap
  3. Sprinkle with salt after the chips are done

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

Rinse and dry the leaves. Remove the large stems and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces.

Transfer the leave to a bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to combine.

Spread over the baking sheet lined with parchment paper ensuring they don’t overlap.

Bake at 150 degrees for 15 min.

Take out. Sprinkle with salt and let cool completely. Done!
