Directions
If you have vegetarians or vegans at the festive table, or it’s you, then here’s a super hot option, a cauliflower steak! I recommend taking note of it regardless of the food style and festive season of the year because this is a wonderful dish, healthy, tasty and light. It can be either hot or a side dish, as you wish!

Preheat the oven to 235 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with foil. |

Wash a head of cauliflower, cut off the leaves and the edge of the stem. Cut it in half and from each side of the center cut a steak about 2 cm thick. |

Finely chop the capers, add the rest of the marinade ingredients and mix them. |

Spread half of the marinade on both sides of the steaks, put them on a baking tray, bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. |
