You probably already know about the many health benefits of arugula such as antioxidants and vitamins, it improves digestion and much more.

One of the options to serve arugula is pesto sauce. From young arugula, it turns out to be simply delicious!

Grind all ingredients in a food processor to the consistency of pesto sauce with a coarse texture paste, seasoned with salt and olive oil to taste. Store in the fridge for about a week. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
