2 large oranges

1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 5%

4 handfuls mixed greens
Directions
This orange dressing is amazing because it changes and enhances taste and flavor of green salads and it’s easy to make as well! I’d recommend this dressing for a wonderful refreshing and light mixed green salad with oranges to serve with meat and fish.

Squeeze one orange. Peel and supreme the second orange. Squeeze the remainings of the supremed orange. Pour the orange juice in a small pot, bring to a boil and let it evaporate until you get the consistency of syrup. Eventually you will get about 1 tbsp rich orange syrup. |

Transfer the syrup to a deep bowl. Add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Done! |

In a large salad bowl place 4 handfuls mixed greens and orange segments. Dress with the dressing, toss and serve. Bon appetite! |
