Although traditional Salmon Tartare typically includes avocado, onion, and olive oil, this distinctive variation adds mustard, ginger, lemon zest, and a yogurt dressing. It’s delicious and pairs wonderfully with lean wild salmon.

Steps

Done

Cut the raw salmon into small cubes and chop the herbs finely. Use a fine grater to grate the ginger, then squeeze the juice over the fish, discarding the pulp. Adjust the amount of ginger based on your preference and the ginger's flavor intensity. Season with lemon zest and juice, black pepper, mustard, salt, and yogurt, mixing everything thoroughly. Allow it to chill in the fridge for a while before serving. Bon Appétit!
