Cut the raw salmon into small cubes and chop the herbs finely. Use a fine grater to grate the ginger, then squeeze the juice over the fish, discarding the pulp. Adjust the amount of ginger based on your preference and the ginger's flavor intensity. Season with lemon zest and juice, black pepper, mustard, salt, and yogurt, mixing everything thoroughly.
