Brownies are widely known and beloved dessert of American origin. This pretty new dessert was invented in the USA in the late 1800s and became especially popular within and beyond the USA and Canada because of its rich chocolate taste and ease of making.
Brownies can be of various kinds that differ in consistency because of different ratios of their ingredients and slight differences in technique.
So, the main types of brownies are:
Fudgy brownies are ones with fudgy middles.
Cakelike brownies are more crispy and similar to a chocolate cake.
Chewy brownies are more thick and chewy.
Blondies contain no chocolate.
I suggest you make cakelike brownies with walnuts. An extremely tender and super-crispy dessert. Tastes fantastic. Easy to make. The perfect dessert to treat you beloved ones to!
Tips:
Brownies taste depends heavily on chocolate. I recommend you use high-quality one.
