I don’t remember where I got this recipe from, but…it’s love from the first sight! Mixed nut cookies with white chocolate are absolutely stunning! And very delicious thanks to nuts, white chocolate and walnuts. Wonderful! Was making them again and couln’t help admiring 🙂

With a mixer, beat the softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the egg and beat again. |

Mix the flour and baking powder together. Add them to the butter and stir until smooth. Add the ground nuts and stir again. Then add the chopped chocolate, stir. |

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. |

Shape the dough into balls 2-2.5 cm in diameter. Slightly flatten each ball to 1 cm thick. Place the cookies 4 cm apart onto the baking pan lined with parchment paper. |

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 min until golden and slightly brown on edges. Don’t let the cookies get completely brown. |

Take out and let chill. |

Melt the chocolate slowly over low heat or water bath. |

Drop some melted chocolate (about 1 tsp) and place a walnut half on top of each cookie. |

Let the cookies and chocolate chill completely. You end up with wonderful crispy cookies with a smooth flavor of white chocolate and nuts! Stunning! I love them! How to serve: Serve with coffee and tea. How to keep: Can be kept in a closed container for up to a week without losing taste. |
