Directions
I learned about this bramble and cucumber salad from you, my dear followers. Thank you all for the blackberry ideas! Following your advice, I found the recipe on Juilia Vysotskaya’s website, slighlty adapted it and served for dinner. The taste was a pleasant surprise for me! Now I always make this salad in a bramble season.
Perfect for summer: refreshing mint, cucumbers, basil and yougurt, crispy roasted pistachios and sour sweet, flavorsome bramble.
I highly recommend you try it!
Bon appetite! You are giving me inspiration!
