Amaranth are mega healthy little seeds. Soak them overnight and then boil them in cashew milk, garnish with fruit and berries and serve them for breakfast. It’s so delicious!

Soak the amaranth overnight in 150 ml of cold water.
In the morning, drain the water, rinse the amaranth, put it in a saucepan, add the cashew milk, salt and sugar to taste and cook until cooked for about 15 minutes, stirring it from time to time.
Pour it into a bowl and garnish it with berries. Serve right away.
