2 pcs Mango ripe and sweeet
100 ml Almond milk cold
250 ml Yogurt
1/4 tsp Ground cardamom to taste
1 tbsp Honey or to taste
2 cup Ice

Lassi is a refreshing yogurt-based drink originated in India. Mango lassi is a wonderful variation of this drink. It’s a cool and sweet pale yellow drink with a subtle sour note. Perfect for the heatwave.

Lassi is made from cow’s milk and yogurt but I prefer it with coconut yogurt and almond milk. You can try whatever ingredients you like more.

It’s a super easy recipe that’s good to have in hand! 

Mango lassi is one of my favorite breakfast ideas if I want something quick, light, fresh, and sophisticated 🙂

Peel and stone the mango, then slice.

Put the mango, almond milk, coconut yogurt, and cardamom into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add honey, if you want it sweeter. You can also use agave syrup or sugar as a sweetener.
Blend again for a few seconds. Add more sweetener, if needed.
Add some ice and blend again.
Pour into the glasses, add the remaining ice, and serve.
