-
40 ml Gin
-
160 ml Tonic water
-
20 ml Sugar syrup
-
1 pcs Indian green chillior thai chili
-
1/4 tsp Basil seedsor chili seeds
-
1/2 Lime
-
100 g Ice
Directions
I tried this cocktail in an Indian cuisine workshop and I fell in love with it. Refreshing and spicy, sour-sweet and a bit heady, this cocktail is an ideal apéritif and digestif for an Indian meal.
Don’t add gin, if you want it alcohol-free. It will taste just as good.

If you have a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients (except for the lime wedges) into the shaker. Shake to mix, pour into glasses together with ice, and garnish with a lime wedge. |
