Ingredients
-
4 fresh figs
-
100 g soft goat cheese
-
1 handful walnuts
-
4 tsp honey
-
4 tbsp orange liqueur, optionally
Directions
This dish reminds me of the South of France! After visiting my friend I suddenly decided to start my lunch from an appetizer and a glass of wine instead of soup : )
We were eating a lot of goat cheese and were surrounded by fig trees in France.
Baked figs with goat cheese, honey and nuts is incredibly deliciously paired with a glass of red wine.
