Bowl is, of course, a summer drink. It is made and served on hot days. The most popular Bowls are made with raspberries and strawberries in the early summer. However, what’s stopping us from making a fall version of a Bowl and celebrating the last hot days of early fall with it? So, here is the apple and grape Bowl, which I tasted just the other day in one of the wine bars in Vienna.

Peel the apples and cut them into four pieces. Then slice each piece into thin slices. Place the apples in a large glass bowl or bowl jar. Peel the apples and cut them into four pieces. Then slice each piece into thin slices. Place the apples in a large glass bowl or bowl jar. Cut half of the grapes in half and add to the apples. Pour in the white wine, grape juice and add sugar. Stir and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
Take it out of the fridge, add ice, remaining grapes and chilled champagne. Stir it in and serve.
