Directions
It’s a real summer dish! It’s light and fresh at the same time. It takes only 15 minutes to make, with no effort and unnecessary flavors. For those hot days, it’s perfect!
Crisp white filets of cod or other white fish are gently poached, making the meat tender. Then, it’s drizzled with a dressing of fragrant olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. The dish is simply taking you somewhere to the seaside.

In a saucepan, bring the salted water to a boil. You need just enough water to cover the fish, no more. When the water starts boiling, put the cod filet in, If you use it frozen, defrost in advance, and bring it to a boil. When the water comes to a boil again, take it off the heat and let it stand for 10 minutes. During that time, the fish will be cooked but not dry. |
