These banana pancakes are the best! They are grain, flour, nut, milk, and gluten-free, and so airy, soft, and delicious!

In a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth. Add the eggs and combine. Add the rest of ingredients and combine to a smooth batter.
