A very interesting recipe for muffins made with peanut butter, banana, and berries — completely flourless. The muffins turn out very visually appealing, with a nice shape and a rich peanut flavor. They differ from classic muffins by having a lighter, almost airy texture. The berries add a fresh and complementary touch.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth and paste-like. Beat the eggs with a fork until well combined. Mix all the ingredients except the berries until you get a smooth batter, then gently fold in the berries. If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw them beforehand.
Divide the batter into muffin cups, filling them almost to the top. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the oven, let them rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then take them out and let them cool on a rack.
