125 g of butter (melted)

125g of chopped walnuts (or any other to your taste)

125 g of raisins

½ tsp of baking soda

1 tbsp of honey
Directions
These oatmeal cookies are magic. I won’t tell anything else about them, just believe me – they are magic.
Besides, they are crispy and fragrant, stylish and crazy delicious. They are quick to cook and quickly eaten, that is why I marked this recipe with the words “double the ingredients” in my cooking notebook.

In a big bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. |

Add melted butter and honey. Mix. The dough will be crumbly but stiff enough to roll into balls. |

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. |

Roll the dough into 2-3 cm sized balls and flatten slightly. |

Place the balls onto baking sheets, spacing them 4 cm apart. |

Bake until golden brown (approx. 15-20 min). |

Remove from the oven and transfer to a rack allowing them to cool completely. How to serve: Serve cooled, they will be crispier. How to keep: Can be kept in a covered cookie jar without losing flavor up to a week. |
