Turkey has excellent, low-fat meat with a neutral flavor, but you need to know how to cook it properly, otherwise, the dish risks being dry and tasteless.

These burgers or cutlets as we call them come out juicy and delicious thanks to the way they are cooked and the greens and spices in the ground meat. I cook gluten-free and dairy-free versions of the burgers, but you can use white bread, cheese and regular milk if you want.

I highly recommend you try it!

Steps

1
Done

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

2
Done

Mix the eggs with a fork until smooth, add vegetable milk, mix, add wheat or oat flakes (small flakes) and let it stand for 10 minutes.

3
Done

Grind turkey meat (thighs and legs) into ground meat or use ready ground meat.
Chop greens and garlic finely.

4
Done

Add the meat to the egg mixture, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well until smooth. Make flat burgers to a diameter of about 5 to 7 cm and a thickness of 1.5 cm.

5
Done

Fry the burgers over high heat in vegetable oil until golden brown (about 2 minutes on each side). Put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and cook them until they are ready in the oven for another 7 to 10 minutes.
Bon appetit!
