1 head of baby Romaine lettuce
1 handful Arugula
1/2 pcs Paprika red
2 pcs Cucumber medium-sized
1 stalk Celery rib
1/4 bundle Chives
dressing:
3 tbsp Sunflower oil
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Соевый соус (gluten-free)

The salad season is finally back. You can create millions of combinations from vegetables that catch your eye at the market or in a grocery store. Add whatever you like, fish, meat, cheese, nuts, you name it. The only rule is to not be afraid to experiment and not forget about tastes and textures.   

Today’s recipe is Asian Salmon Salad. The base of this salad salmon, sesame seeds, and soy sauce. Other ingredients are fresh and crispy Romaine lettuce and cucumbers, flavorful celery and arugula, smoked salmon, sour-sweet dressing with a salty note, sesame and sunflower seeds. Perfect!

Cut the Romaine lettuce into 2 cm strips. Cut the salmon into strips as well. Cut the cucumber into semi-circles, finely slice the celery, and finely dice the paprika. Chop the chives.

Combine all the dressing ingredients together. The best way to make any dressing is to use a small jar with a lid so you could just give it a shake to combine the ingredients.

Toss the greens and veggies in a big bowl. Arrange onto plates. Place the salmon on top, sprinkle with the seeds, and drizzle over the dressing.
Or transfer to a salad bowl, add the rest of ingredients and toss before serving.
