Steps

1
Done

Chop 50 g of chocolate into medium-sized pieces, other 50 g into large pieces.

2
Done

Combine the dry ingredients (except for coconut sugar) with a whisk.

3
Done

Beat the softened margarine or coconut oil with a mixer until creamy. Then carefully mix in the egg and 1 tbsp of oil.

4
Done

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Mix with a mixer. With a spatula, fold in 50 g of medium-sized chocolate pieces.

5
Done

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Drop the batter by large spoonfuls onto a pan 5-7 cm apart.

6
Done

Bake for 5 min. The cookies will spread but be soft on top. Take them out, place the large chocolate pieces on top, pressing slightly. Return to the oven and cook until ready for 10-15 min.

7
Done

Take the cookies out. Let them cool down. They will still be somewhat soft - no worries, they will harden as they cool. Serve when completely cooled.
Enjoy!
