30 g of Cassava flour Or tapioca starch
1/3 tsp. of Baking soda
1/3 tsp. of Baking powder
a pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp. of Ground cinnamon

2 tbsp. of Walnut
2 tbsp. of Raisins

It is a good breakfast option for those who want to reduce the amount of sugar in their diet. These are pancakes with coconut flour, the sweetness of which comes from the coconut flour itself, raisins and roasted walnuts. But again, it is a natural sweetness, so do not expect these pancakes to have the same flavor as the ordinary ones.

But on the other hand, these pancakes are lush, tasty and healthy. If at first, you do not have enough sweetness, you can always pour a little honey on them.

Roast walnuts and chop them into medium pieces.

In one bowl, mix the eggs with a fork until homogeneous, add the almond milk and mix.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients with a whisk until homogeneous. Add the dry ingredients in portions to the wet ones. Mix the dough like for ordinary pancakes.
Add nuts and raisins. Mix it.

Fry on coconut oil or ghee oil like regular pancakes.
Serve with berries, fruits and coconut yogurt.
