It’s an amazing recipe, bright, flavorful, spicy and very easy to make. These are Indian skewers. You can cook them on the grill or in the oven. They make a great lunch or you can wrap them with veggies in one of our gluten-free tortillas and make a great breakfast!

The best way to make such skewers is with boneless thigh meat. You can also use a fillet, but it will be a little drier.

Adjust spice to taste!

Steps

1
Done

For the marinade, put all the ingredients in a blender and grind it into a smooth paste.

2
Done

Cut the meat of boneless chicken thighs (or fillet) into pieces suitable for skewers, blot them with a paper towel. Put the meat in a bowl, add the marinade and mix it all well. Then place the meat in the refrigerator for about 12 to 24 hours.

3
Done

Before cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes to warm it up to room temperature. If you use bamboo skewers, soak them in water.
Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius or turn on the grill function or cook meat on a regular grill.
Put the meat on skewers, leaving space between pieces and grill it until it gets golden brown.
