Crispy almond cookies garnished with dark chocolate and nuts are very spectacular and delicious cookies. The dough resembles shortbread and melts in your mouth. The recipe does not have a large amount of sugar, which is compensated by the taste of chocolate.

If the dough is too dry and does not roll into a ball, you can add 1 tsp of cold water, but usually, this is not necessary. Form the dough into a ball and let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
